7th ClipAward | Low & No Budget Short Film Festival | Mannheim
Over 300 shorts from Germany, Europe and from all over the world reached us in Mannheim so far. This is amazing, we are completely thrilled! The good thing is – it’s not the end! The entry deadline was postponed!
Clip award is open to independent filmmakers in order to realize their own short films and music videos, therefore without the infrastructure of a film school or funds of a film promotion.
The cost per minute amount to max. 500 € and the game length max. 13 minutes.
Apart from this there are no restrictions. The festival shows short films, animated films, trash films, experimental films, documentaries, animations, music videos, etc.!
Everything is allowed – as long as it is short and cheap..
